Contacting us
When you make an online enquiry, we collect your name, email address, project type and message. You may also provide a phone number and project location. We use these details to review your enquiry, contact you and discuss the work you are considering.
The required fields help us understand and respond to your enquiry. You can call 0413 908 223 instead of using the form. Please do not send health information, NDIS plan details, identification documents or financial information through this initial enquiry form.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are stored in our website’s protected inbox for an authorised administrator to review. Automatic new-enquiry email notifications to our administrator are off by default. If enabled, these notifications do not include your message or contact details. After review, an administrator can send selected enquiry details to our company admin mailbox to help handle the enquiry.
We use the email address you provide to send a brief acknowledgement after your enquiry is saved. This email does not include a copy of your message. Repeated enquiries are saved separately, but may not receive another acknowledgement email. You can reply to the acknowledgement to contact our company mailbox.
Website enquiry records remain until an administrator manually deletes them. Deleting a website record does not remove separate email copies or service backups. Contact us if you would like us to review the information we hold about you.
Website services and security
Cloudflare provides website hosting, enquiry storage and security services. When the online form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals to help prevent automated abuse. The website also uses a protected identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
These services can process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request details. Service providers may process information outside Australia. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Turnstile’s privacy notice for information about their processing.
We use Google Workspace for company email.
Optional analytics
On our public website, you can choose whether to allow Google Analytics cookies. Analytics stays off until you allow it. Declining does not stop you from using the website or sending an enquiry. You can change your choice using Cookie settings.
If you allow analytics, we measure page visits, scrolling, clicks on our phone link and successfully saved enquiries. Google also processes technical information to provide analytics. Our measurement events do not include your name, email address, phone number or enquiry message. We do not use Google signals, advertising personalisation or customer-provided data features.
Your cookie choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, where browser storage is available. Our analytics cookies are also set for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops further measurement and removes the analytics cookies we set; it does not erase data already processed. In Google Analytics, user-level and event-level retention is set to two months without extension for new activity. Aggregated reports may be retained separately.
Google may process information outside Australia. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Our private preview and enquiry administration pages do not use this analytics setup.
Links and media
Our social media and map links open other websites. Their operators handle information under their own privacy policies. The videos shown directly on this website are served as website files.
